Apply for high school

To start your high school application process, please complete the following steps below.

  1. Submit the online application form
  2. Submit the application fee:
    1. Includes non-refundable $130.00 application fee (see the fees and tuition document linked above for more info)
  3. Submit the required paperwork—includes the following:
    1. Current photograph
    2. First term report card
    3. Final report card from the previous year
    4. Certifications of achievement (optional)
    5. Character references from alumni, coaches, etc. (optional)
    6. Documentation of any medical diagnosis we require for the educational planning or safety of children
  4. Clergy & Teacher Recommendation Forms: Once you have completed your online application form, you will be emailed a link to submit the clergy and teacher recommendation forms. Both recommendations are submitted online with the link once it has been emailed to you from admissions@bsls.ca. If families are unable to provide a ‘Clergy/Religious Leader Reference’ during the application process, they may provide a “Letter of Faith” describing their family’s belief system and practices.

Student Assessment Process:

  • Entrance test: Students applying for Grades 9 & 10 must write the entrance test on either March 9 (10:00-11:00 AM) or March 14 (7:00-8:00 PM). Simply indicate your preference on the application form.
  • Interview: Applicants will participate in an admissions interview. Applicants will be contacted by email in March to schedule.

All successful applicants will be notified by email to their entry to Beautiful Saviour Lutheran School. All new grade 9-11 students will be notified after they have completed the Student Assessment Process.
