Established at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (BSLC) in 1983, Beautiful Saviour Lutheran School expanded to two locations under the direction of the School Board, who are elected by the BSLC Voters Assembly. The School Board determines operating policies of BSLS.

Since 1983, Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church has operated a Nursery School program for children 3 and 4 years old. In 1993 the decision was made to expand into a grade school, and it officially began in 1995 with a kindergarten class taught by Ms. Carol Harms. More grades were added in the successive years. In 1998, we moved to our facility at 52 Birchdale Ave. The addition of this facility allows us to offer an excellent nursery program, a 10-month fulltime daycare program, a before-and-after school care program, and an accredited K-8 program

In September 2024, BSLS expanded to offer grade 9 classes, aiming to add one high school grade per academic year in the following years. On April 13, 2026, BSLS officially broke ground to start construction on it’s new high school expansion, slated to open in January 2027. Starting this 26-27 school year, BSLS will offer K-11 classes.
