Our Beliefs

As a mission of BSLC (Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church), BSLS follows the doctrine and guidelines of the LCC (Lutheran Church Canada).

Thus our beliefs can be summarized through the following:

Biblical Authority

Our Christian faith is built on the word of the Bible—that is the Old and New Testament scriptures.

Christ and Christ Alone

Our Christian faith is built upon “the way, the truth, and the life,” Jesus Christ. Through him alone, we are made whole.

The Book of Concord

The main teachings of Christianity are compiled in the Book of Concord. All under the LCC subscribe to these because they are drawn from and based on the Holy Scriptures.
